Notice Of Tariff Amendments

The Corner Brook Port Corporation Board of Directors has approved the following tariff amendments that will take effect on  February 1, 2027. 

Harbour Administration Fees   Overall 3% increase 
Berthage Charges  The 2027 tariffs remain in effect, except for the amendments to Items 1(a), 1(b), and 1(c). New 2028 rates approved for Items 3(a), (b), and (c). 
Passenger Tariff   2027 tariffs remain in effect. New 2028 rates approved. 
Wharfage and Transfer Charges  

Overall increase of 3%, with the following exceptions: 

  • 7.5% increase on all goods not otherwise specified. 
  • 20% increase on the following: Automobiles, auto trailers, tractors, motorcycles, snowmobiles, all-terrain and other vehicles; fish – whole, cured, and processed; lumber and timber, except plywood. 
Water Fees, Security, Crane Rental, Licensing & Other Charges  Various rate increases apply to items within this section. Please refer to the tariff schedule E for details.
